It was spotlessly clean, the staff was excellent and friendly, plus the service was very good. We spent 9 nights in double room with an outstanding view, breakfast good variety, for instance.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We had the best experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach promenade with easy access to the beach. The staff at reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was outstanding, with top-notch comfort, cleanliness, and functionality. We booked a family comfort suite and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was fabulous, with a rich selection of food and a beautiful lounge with a sea view. The wellness area was a highlight, with a clean and well-designed indoor swimming pool, saunas, and a Turkish spa. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay unforgettable.

Reception. We had booked for 9 days. We were there at 2:00 instead of 3:00. Instead of being welcomed, the first remark was that we were too early. We knew that ourselves. Everything else was top - so it's a shame for this first impression.

The view from here is absolutely amazing and the amenities like hairdryer, bathrobes, and shower cap were very useful. The breakfast offered is plentiful and the staff is excellent. The Oostende Centre district is definitely worth a visit.
